12px;color:#666666;float:right}师者匠心，止于至善；师者如光，微以致远。“教书育人，是我人生的选择；做一名称职的教师，是我人生的目标；做一名优秀教师，是我一生的追求。我愿把爱洒向每一个孩子的心田。”全国模范教师、阿里地区措勤县完全小学教师巴桑卓玛说道。今年39岁的巴桑卓玛，2007年毕业于首都师范大学小学教育专业，先是在措勤县达雄乡小学任教，2013年来到措勤县完全小学任教至今。措勤县平均海拔4700米，是为数不多的高海拔县之一，距离阿里地区狮泉河镇740余公里，是一个纯牧业县。在17年的执教生涯中，巴桑卓玛把“艰苦不怕吃苦”化作行动，将“缺氧不缺精神”融入内心，以坚强的意志和信念砥砺前行。日常教学中，巴桑卓玛刻苦钻研课标、教材和教学，吸收新的教学理论和学科知识，不断创新教学方法，认真备课、提高教学质量，注重培养学生的学习兴趣。在她的努力下，原本枯燥的数学课变得趣味盎然，学生们不再是被动接受知识的对象，而是积极主动的参与者。活跃地思考，热烈地讨论，流畅地表达，学生们在增长知识的同时，也收获了自信和成长。在学科教学的同时，巴桑卓玛还担任了多年的班主任。她以养成教育为抓手，对待学生严而有度，与学生真诚相处，用爱与学生沟通，力求做到尽心尽责、问心无愧。功夫不负有心人，巴桑卓玛所教班级的成绩常年在学校名列前茅。在2020年小考中，她担任班主任的班级升学率、数学单科成绩都在县域内破了纪录，得到了学校领导、学生和家长们的一致认可，她多次获得地市级和县级骨干教师、优秀教师、优秀班主任、名教师等荣誉称号。近日，巴桑卓玛获评2024年全国模范教师。“有人觉得在措勤工作很苦，有人觉得当老师很单调。但我不这么觉得，我爱教师这份工作，更爱我的学生，我觉得这里的孩子们需要我，我希望能让他们看看更远的世界。”巴桑卓玛说。在教师“传、帮、带”工作中，巴桑卓玛连续多年担任青年教师的指导老师，毫无保留将自己的教学经验传授给他们。巴桑卓玛在措勤县承担着县培、校本培训讲师工作，并常年在基层乡镇学校开展“教学经验交流”等各类讲座。除此之外，巴桑卓玛还自学心理健康学知识，主动承担起学校心理咨询室的工作。从2016年起，巴桑卓玛就一直为随班就读的轻度残疾学生、需要送教上门的重度残疾儿童进行康复训练和心理疏导，针对残疾儿童的生理心理特点、残疾类别和个人潜能，制定个性化教学计划，努力提高学校残疾儿童的认知能力和适应生活、适应社会的能力。巴桑卓玛关注每一名学生的身心健康与个性发展，特别是留守儿童、有家庭变故的学生、存在精神疾病和心理问题倾向的孩子等特殊群体，充分尊重学生的个体差异，倾听学生心声，循循善诱，促进学生在道德、心理、学业等多方面得到健康发展。“教师是诚诚恳恳的‘种地人’。春来播种，汗水洒满土地；秋来收获，欢乐和喜悦会伴随一生。十年树木，百年树人，教育是一项长期的事业，需要我们教师用爱心、耐心、责任心去投入其中。”巴桑卓玛表示，“我将在教育这片土地上继续勤奋耕耘、积极探索、勇往直前。”
